What Mac model? How much RAM? What type is your media drive? What version of OS X and FCPX?

Where did the ProRes clips come from, and what flavor of ProRes?

• what converter tool did you use for creating the proRes files?

• are your Events on int,HDD or on a separate HDD? If so, how connected?
