Mar 26, 2015 11:54 PM in response to donfrombarkhamstedby Ingo2711,Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.
If still no luck, check if there are any carrier updates:
iOS: Updating your carrier settings
If this does not help, resetting the network settings in Settings/General/Reset would be the next step.
