Securtiy Questions timing out??

i just bought a itunes gift card from Wal-mart. i activated it at Wal-mart and is now on my apple id. when i tried buying a application (The Game Of Life) i had to input my password in 3 times. ( They were all correct) then it brough me to the security questions. It asked me them and i answered the, (corectly) when i then pressed continue it said "your session has timed out. try again". what is going on???
