reading a crash report

so i just switched from a windows pc to a mac mini just over month ago. For the last two weeks, the mac has been rebooting itself. It usually happens in the early morning hours before i walk up. I have not reset the smc or the nvram yet. I would just re-install the os, but I wanted to see if its a hardware issue first. The model of the mac mini is a late 2012.I have installed 16 gb of ram in it. It was working with no issues for the first 3 weeks. Heres the crash report for the first one.
