Error connecting to ICloud
I'm trying to reset a phone. I type in my itunes password and i get an "Verification Failed-There was error connecting to ICloud". What is going on?

I Have the same issue I had done a backup since November because of wifi issue manage to connect to wifi and tried to backup the ver ovation for iCloud came up put details in just says verification failed and request timed out so clicked iCloud same issue asks for same details
