Hotspot on iPhone 6 works with my Macbook Air Yosemite 10.2.2, but DOES NOT WORK with Windows 7 on Bootcamp on same Macbook Air.
Windows 7 wireless connection sees hotspot, tries to connect, sometimes temporarily for a few milliseconds, then disconnects. and then finally says "cannot connect" to my iPhone 6 name (it has not appostrophies in iPhone 6 name).
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Do non-Windows devices connect properly to the hotspot? Try Android devices, if possible, rather than iOS or OS X devices. If possible, run a tool like Wireshark and capture WLAN frames.
Under Windows 7 Bootcamp, I changed from Wi-fi on Macbook with iphone 6,
to USB to iphone 6, and personal hotspot works just fine. Other MacBooks are able to use personal hotspot at same time.
I did not get what that meant. You changed the phone's name? Or did you change the option from wifi to blu
