Not really a question but I have successfully installed Windows 10 Technical Preview on a 17" MacBook Pro 2.16 Core Duo. All drivers from boot camp and Windows 7 work perfectly. Anyone else have any success with other older models or any install problems? Just curious if I'm the only one out here messing around with this or not.
I am successfully running the Windows 10 Technical Preview in Parallels Desktop 10.0.2; along with XP, Windows7 and Window8.
MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), i7 500GB 16GB RAM
Cool, yeah I've been running it on Parallels too on my Mac Pro 3,1. Put the VM on an SSD and dedicated 8GB of RAM to it - runs like a champ. This install on the MacBook Pro Core Duo was a partition and straight install. Every driver is working properly too. I guess it's a good for people out there wanting to hold onto their older Core Duos & Core 2 Duos a while longer.
