My iphone 5s has been rebooting by itself and i put it in recovery mode, when i go to plug it onto itunes, I click on restore, then it tells to me restore and update so I click on that then it says "extracting software" and it just freezes and doesn't continue and doesn't restore nor update.. somebody please help, i really need to get my phone to work, Thank you !
