iOS 8.2 MESSEGES AND STORAGE NOT WORKING

SO earlier today i updated my phone to iOS 8.2 and it ****** up my phone (the 5s) For one, my messages are on and off and I have tried turning both my phone and imessage on and off multiple times and it didn't help at all. Then, all my apps crashed and I can't reinstall them because it says my storage is 0, which isn't true at all. I'm so frustrated and confused. I really don't see a point in having a phone if I cant use any of the things it's made for. (texting,photos,apps)
