so i got a new phone and none of my pics/vids are on there

i had an iphone 4 and i lost it to water damage. well i ended up getting a new iphone 4 and when i synced my cloud account none of my pics/vids or any of the songs are on there any more

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2
