What will happen if I try to install Mountain Lion OS on my 2007 MacPro with Lion OS on it and two Dual Intel Zeon 3 GZ processors and 9 GB RAM?

What will happen if I try to install Mountain Lion OS 10.8 on my 2007 MacPro that has Lion OS 10.7 installed on it and has two Dual Intel Zeon 3 GZ processors and 9 GB RAM? Will it crash? The Apple website says Mountain Lion needs an early 2008 MacPro.

You need a hack to install ML or later on a 2006 and 2007 Mac Pro since those only have a 32 bit EFI while ML and later oare only 64 bit OSs.
