i hit " reset all settings" on my iphone 5s yesterday afternoon and it still just has a white screen with the apple logo in the center. how long will it take till i can use my phone again ?

Hipph You need to Restore your iphone. Turn iPhone off Connect lead to USB on PC Press & hold power button down on iPhone don't let go Connect lead to iPhone keep power button pressed down until PC sees iPhone Then wait for restore. Cheers Brian

Hi helen you need to do the Restore more than once sometimes it takes a few times If it still won't work it may be a hardware fault if so make an anointment at apple store . Good luck Brian
