New channels not loading

Good morning,

The new channels appeared on my Apple TV a couple of days ago namely Ted Tastemade and Young Hollywood. When I clicked on the apps to take a look Ted opened as normal with menu etc. The Tastemade and Young Hollywood channels come up with accessing channel and then just hang there with a little revolving icon, nothing else happens and the channels wont open. I have tried the usual re-boot etc

Any help or advise appreciated..
