Even if I drag it in the recycle bin. It doesn't even have an x button on the top. It isn't an app from apple, just so you know. It occupies 13 gb and i really really want to delete it. Its a wrapper that I made in wineskin.

From what you say, I understand it is not an app downloaded from the Mac App Store, so you cannot remove it using Launchpad.
Instead, open a Finder window (press the icon at the left of the Dock), choose "Applications" in the left sidebar and look for the app you want to remove. When you have found it, drag it to the Trash and empty it.
