In the share panel to quicktime for imovie 10.0.5 there is no option for quality

I use Imovie 10.0.5

I have a movie that consists of images and it is quite big. 800 MB

I want to compress it for quicktime, make a loop, and show it on DVD

I also want to compress it to email-size.

Its seems very dificult.

When sharing for email, the movie gets too big and there is no option for saving it to my Mac.

When sharing for achive / quicktime, there is no options in the panel for quality. Only resolution, whick doesnt get the size I am looking for.

I seached many places for help, but the answers I get, seems only to fit for other versions of Imovie.

I appreciate any help.
