You need to be more descriptive about what a wall photo maker is
TThis is a program that let's you enlarge a picture to any size and let's you print it in segments on A4 paper.
I did a search and a) the softonic download site is mentioned often and I'd not recommend using them as they like to add unwanted things to their downloads, and b) came up with one that looked promising by oreware.com - however, WOT warned that it is not a trustworthy site, so I opted not to go there.
You will need to be very selective while searching for such a software.
Thanks for the information, I have had Oreware before but they don't do it for image.
