Dear all,
is it possible to implement an animation into a picture (here: comicbook-pag)? e.g.: a cloud that hovers up and down.
If that is possible which app would you recommend?

You can create an effect like that with a keynote presentation widget or a custom html widget and making sure that the widget is set to play automatically when the page is viewed. The custom html widget can be developed with a few tools like Hype, Adobe Edge, or even custom html
