Mem test failed out of waranty on retina 15"

Hello From Bulgaria

This is my computer and I am having serious problems with it!

Macbook pro retina 15" cto.

16gb RAM/ 500gb flash memmory/

serial: co2jc1q2dkq5

The computer has been very well cared for and looks as good as new!

My issue:

The built in hardware test and the employees of

"Creative Center" (Bulgarian service), state that the computer

has faulty memmory also problems with the battery...

The computer is out of waranty but during the the waranty

period I had the display changed due to white pixels.

The problems with the display started in the middle of my

first year of usage but they are all taken care of.

The issues related to the faulty ram (dropping applications

and kernel panic) have been causing me head ache from year one of

usage. Firstly the sympthoms occured once twice or tree times a month

but as time went on they started geting more frequent and now my machine

is next to useles. When I start it up it loads the OS and that is all. I

cant start any of the software by OSX or Windows 7 (on boot camp)

I have sent dozens, no hundrets of reports to apple (in some

of wich i have writen "please help") when my application crash. At first I was

hoping that if it was a severe issue that I would get a reply that I

need to visit the waranty service. That did not happen. All this time

I was hoping that the new software would fix my issues (I did not know

that it was hardware related at the time). When i failed to install OSX

"Yosemite" due to memmory problems I realized that my machine is broken.

This happend about a week after my two years of waranty were over.

I had a talk with Alexandra from Apple Care and she

gave me a refferance number - 757925360 for my case. She told me that I

should visit "Creative Center" and give them the refference number so that

they can make a full diagnostic and talk to Apple (support i guess) for an

after waranty exeption to change the logic board of my mac.

The computer is currently at Creative Center. They told me that an

exeption was already made when they changed my display. I can not agree to this

because in the European Union we have 2 years of waranty and as far as I am

concerned the changing of the display was routine.

I acknowledge that i failed to visit the service the first time my

problems started but i still think that when i bought my first Mac i was buying

a top of the line reliable machine. Not a unit from an experimental batch of

computers that had to be repaired or changed.

I use a loth of Apple products, a loth of my friends also do due to my

recomendation. I am a big Steve Jobs fan and I think he would go crazy if his personal

mac were to have the same problems as mine does (eaven more if hundrets or thousends of

people have the same problem as me (hope that it is not like that)).

So to summerize:

I think that Apple should change at least the logic board with the ram on my Mac.

The battery should also be changed because it has problems and it is on only about

650 cicles of use.

My Mac has not been abused in any way and the problems i am having are all caused

by defective parts in the machine.

I love my mac and I intend to talk an write to whomever I can untill my issue is resolved!

ANY HELP AND THOUGHTS ON THE MATTER WOULD BE GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED!

Yours faithfully - Kris Kalinov
