Can't get my garageband songs from iTunes to iPad

Can't get my garageband songs from iTunes on my PC back into my iPad anymore.

I make my own backing tracks on garageband send them to iTunes on my PC then sync back with the iPad to get them into apps like onetrack etc.. It wont do it anymore, the tracks dont transfer..

any ideas folks?
