i deleted a video on my cameraroll accidentally, so is there any way to restore that recently deleted data?

Did you import it to a computer or do you have an iCloud backup of the phone with the video on it?
If you imported it, you can sync it back. If you have an iCloud backup that contains the video, you can reset your device and restore it from that iCloud backup. Be aware that if you restore your device from the backup, the resulting info on the phone will only reflect what is in that backup.Anything that you may have changed on the device since that backup would be lost.
