Did the app successfully install?
Did you download the Mac version?
You could always reinstall Lightwave... that would fix the icon problem.
Sorry for the delay...
I have already tried to reinstall Lightwave but nada.
This is only about the files into a folder. If I open up Info on the top of the window the icon is correct but not in the middle, see second image.

I have just tried the Dropbox links and it works to me...
And yes the app works very well and it's a Mac version.

It seams to be this you are a king... I haven't found out this link after hours of researches.
So I have to paste directly this into the terminal? :
$ sudo find /private/var/folders/ \
-name com.apple.dock.iconcache -exec rm {} \;
$ sudo find /private/var/folders/ \
-name com.apple.iconservices -exec rm -rf {} \;
$ sudo rm -rf /Library/Caches/com.apple.iconservices.store
