I am new at iTunes. I made a wish list. How do I transfer my songs over to playlists?

Open the wishlist and buy each song by clicking on its price, and letting it download to your iTunes library. Once the songs are in your library, use the command File > New > Playlist to create the new playlist, and then drag the songs into it.
