There is no way anyone from here or at Apple can help you. What you have is an Activation Lock and the only person that can unlock is the previous owner of the iPhone.

No. No one here on these user to user forums can do anything like that. The only way you can get Apple to even consider doing it is with a court order.

You are not talking to Apple No one here has any idea who Ivania McNally is.

Talk to your lawyer about a court order to get Apple to release that information. That is the only way you are going to get it.

Then you own a brick. It is useless to you. Your friend probably (unknowingly) purchased a stolen phone.

There is no universal blacklist. However, if you're being asked for an iCloud ID and password to activate it, it's activation locked. There is no way to bypass that.

Sound like a possible scam for a stolen iPhone.

We are all iPhone users just like you. You are not addressing Apple here at all.

Unless the owner removes the iPhone from their iCloud account, then the iPhone is useless to you.
