I discontinued using the email account that was used for my original Apple ID. I have been able to change to the new Apple ID email setting on everything except iCloud, which continually asks me to sign in with my original Apple ID, but will not accept current or former information. How can I fix this?
iMac (21.5-inch Late 2009), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
Did you go to System Preferences>iCloud and sign the old ID out of the iCloud account on your Mac?

Thanks, but I can't get signed in with the old ID to sign it out. Maybe I'm missing something?
Where is it asking you to specifically sign in with the old ID? The iCloud sign in screen under System Preferences, if signed out, should allow you to sign on with any ID. When you go to System Preferences>iCloud, are you seeing the old ID signed in?
