right side earphone gives very low sound, but left side gIves normal sound.

It is possible that either the right-side ear piece is clogged or has failed. Can you test with other headphones or ear buds?
I Have checked my ear phone my friends iPhone. I'm facing same problem, but I can hear good with other earphones connected to my phone
The problem is then with the ear buds. You will need to replace them.
Kindly tell me the process for replacement

Since the warranty period for Mac earbuds is 90 days, the replacement process is pretty straightforward - buy new ones. Sorry - I realize that's not what you want to hear.
