I Can send email fine from home but one out of the house my Vodafone email will not send but still receives. I have tried all possible settings and Server Ports and added password authentication. Any ideas really appreciated. Sue C

Vodafone web site should have the SMTP settings or one of high street stores will be able to help
No joy with either. Spent hours on line, speaking to Vodafone and latest advice was there had been a substantial number of people with the same issue. advice was there is an technical issue between Apple and iPhone. Very difficult to manage without mobile email but thank you for replying suec

My email is Vodafoneathome.co.uk. Plusnet bought out the service about five years ago but retained old email. Have spoken to plus eg that also say technical fault as all settings correct. Getting desperate. Thank you for your reply sue c
try removing the service from iPhone ,reset and reinstall the service
