I was burning a dvd disc, now I have a burn folder with a burn icon in the sidebar. I can't get rid of this, how is it done?

any suggestions?

Can you use the Control + click/mouse action to open menu that usually would allow

you to remove the disc/folder from the Sidebar? Usually those temporary icons that may

stick around after the optical media is finished recording, should disappear afterward;

you may have to restart to see if they go away. Or start in SafeBoot & run Disk Utility's

repair disk permissions function, as it may help. Something else may be behind this.

Hopefully the matter will be easily resolved.

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂
