iTunes requires me to sign-in twice every time i open it... What happened to Remembering our Login.

I am having this "issue" with iTunes for Windows 12.1.1.4

(I believe it has been behaving similarly during the last 3 major releases.)

Every time I start iTunes it prompts me to sign-in to my iTunes account twice in a row before I do anything else.

If I happen to start interacting with iTunes prior to doing so, this sign-in prompt will get "lost" behind iTunes and I literally have to force close iTunes using task manager to get back into a working state.

What happened to iTunes remembering our account?

We do authorize our computers right?

It *should* remember who are?

Why does it not remember my sign-in information anymore?

Has anyone found a way to *fix it* so that it does?
