Iphone 5s activation Lock??

hi.

I have bought an 5S for my wife via ebay. I have put in the simcard and started going through the activation but it says the previous owner has stated the phone is lost via find my iphone app. After several messages etc i have had no reply. Is there anyway i can bypass this in order to use the phone? Otherwise im £220 out of pocket

No. That is Activation Lock and no one here or Apple is going to be able to deactivate beside the original owner.

Your only hope now is to attempt to get your money back fro eBay.

Otherwise you can proudly present her with a paperweight shaped like an iPhone because that is all it is going to ever do.

No, and Apple won't do it for you. Ask eBay for a refund.
