i have a Apple TV 3rd, and I'm trying to use cnn go app, I have directv account, but I cannot activate, keeping asking to login again, with the 7 digital code too, anyone with this issue?

I have tried a dozen times over three days and it accepts the activation code but just goes back to its original locked state.

CNN Go was deleted, and reinstalled...still not working on the newest Apple TV that Apple sells. I've had to factory reset this thing twice already because there isn't a way to force quit the apps. It's the least stable Apple device I won. And I have ALL of them. It's quite frustrating. After reinstallation of the app, and restart of the Apple TV itself, logged in and activate the service, still just sits there like a ******* idiot.
