Can i restore it from iTunes match?

OS X Yosemite v10.10.2

iTunes v12.1.0.50

iPhone 6 w/ iOS v8.2

iPad (4th Generation) with iOS v8.2

I have a music library with over 14,500 songs in it, all of which were locally stored on my hard drive. I also have iTunes Match so I can access all of it on the go with my iPhone and iPad. Everything works great!

My problem is, I recently wiped my Hard Drive and stupidly forgot to backup my music files to my external HD. Stupid move...

I currently can access all of my music via iCloud and iTunes match, but...

My question is:

Is there a way to download ALL of my music permanently to my HD so I can retain my backup in case I am unable to keep my iTunes match subscription, if I don't have Wifi, or some other issue that I can think of?
