I cannot update IOS 8 on iPhone 6

The 'Settings' App stays on 'Terms and Conditions'

and I cannot 'agree' nor 'disagree' as tapping on it

either does not do anything.

Can anyone have a fix?

Hi Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button Hold both down until you see Apple Logo . Then try update again . Cheers Brian

Hi Brian, I think what is happening is that after I click 'agree'

it might download but I am not sure as I don't see any progress bar.
