Hello,
I have iTunes 11.3.0.54; I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64-but. The last several times I have checked for updates in iTunes, it says there is a new version available to download, but when I click the button nothing happens, no error message, no download prompt. The update listed is 12.1.1. Any suggestions?
