I have a slide show of photos I took on a recent cruise but have lost the original pictures I used to make the slide-show. Is there a way to save the pictures in that slide show as individual pictures?

Has this been exported to a movie? If so, then the only way would be to freeze it and screenshot each snap.
No, it has not been made into a movie. But how do I freeze and capture?
If it has not been exported then the photos are still in iPhoto.
Sorry, perhaps it is a video or movie. I'm not sure. All I know is that I can play the slide show but there are no photos to match in iPhoto.
Where do you play the slideshow? In iPhoto? Somewhere else? Could you have exported it from iPhoto and then reimported it?
I view it in iPhoto. I never exported it.
Play the slideshow in iPhoto and pause at each slide. Take a screenshot of the image and proceed to the nest slide.
But remember that the image quality and resolution will be far less that then original image.
