How to determine Personal Hotspot Connections?

iPhone 5S with IOS 8.2 when Personal Hotspot is on I have 1 Connection when WIFI on all MY local devices are shot OFF.

Can I display who/what is connected? When I turn on MY MacBook Pro's WIFI the Connection count goes to 2.
