It does say the Full Charge Capacity is still 1400 of the maximum 1430.
It also didn't come with any apple stickers in the little manual packet.
Did I get ripped off?

Did you buy your device from an Authorized Apple Retail Store or Apple Store?
If yes, did you try to contact them and ask for an explanation?
Did you have your iPhone replaced by paying the Out-Of-Warranty-Service fee?
Why are you continuing to write this message every few days and placing it on here. I have replied to this question in the last week or so. I know that the phone is a 16GB version, which means it was not made in the last year of 4S production as Apple only sold the 8GB version in the last 12 months it was available. I said that it Probably a recon unit that has been put up for sale, and if you are so desperate for the little Apple stickers that come with a new phone I have 4 or 5 knocking around the house somewhere. But seriously, just leave this thread to die fella.
