I tried to put os mavericks on usb stick but I failed!!

Hello , I made a bootable usb with OS mavericks and when I restarted my computer It failed to boot from it and I did more than a way to create the bootable usb but it keeps showing me the error circle sign !!! can anyone help me do the proper steps ?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

According to everymac.com, that Mac came with Mavericks. The App Store version will not install on it. If you need to reinstall Mavericks, you must do it from a Recovery mode, or Internet Recovery mode startup. The App Store version doesn't contain the necessary hardware drivers for your model, which is why you are blocked from using it.
