Ipad 2 linked to unknown account
I have reset my Ipad 2 but now it is saying the device is linked to another Itunes account that is not mine. The ipad is about 3 years old and i purchased it from new.
Can i ask apple to unlink it ?

If you can prove you are the original purchaser, take proof of original purchase
and the iPad to an Apple store and they may be able to assist.
If you purchased used/2cd hand/from other than Apple or Apple authorized
retailer, Apple will not assist.
