can someone help on error on upgrade can't be complete due to the Product distribution file could not be verified or it maybe damaged or was not signed.

Yes, it is high speed internet access. Ran the below and installer is being re-download now. thanks.
Run the following command in Terminal:
open $TMPDIR../C/
a folder will open in the Finder showing a number of cache folders for different applications. Delete the com.apple.appstore folder, then quit and relaunch the App Store application and try the download again.
OSx 10.10 help. distributed file maybe damaged or was not signed.
