Did you have HDR photos enabled? Then photos with fast moving objects may be showing artefacts. In HDR mode, the iPhone will combine several successive shots into one photo, and objects that are moving may cause missing or blurred regions in the photo.
Could be, the reason we took the photo was he a a full blown casket as a trailer on the back of his bike and he was dressed like an undertaker with the old stove pipe hat and all (that stayed on his head @ 70 mph...........it was a trip........haha
