I've forgotten my game center account which is linked to my Clash of Clan village

My in game ID is "vn.yolo", currently level 56 hall 8.

For some reason i need to change my game to another device but my old device keep telling me my account doesn't match with the one attached to my village.

I only need to know what is the right game center ID then i can figure the password out. Any chance for this to be possible?

It looks like you have multiple Apple IDs (which are linked to Gamecenter). Try putting each of them one at a time in Settings>Gamecenter and loading COC after logging into one. Or if you have both devices, you can open CoC on the old one, you can use the option to transfer your village to a new device (I'm assuming you know where that is...you are a th8).
