Suddenly my husbands old iPod mini is not recognized despite cable changes, restart of iTunes, and computer. Can get it to recognize my classic iPod. He has not done a update of this mini in a longtime I think. I followed all the hints Apple posts to get an unrecognized device to register...this is on a Mac using Yosemite up to date on everything
Well this Apple Support document is all for PCs and as I said my Mac won't recognize...and I followed all the suggestions posted for Macs already without success/ Guess I will have to take my mini to a genius bar/
