Q: Preparation of mail to be sent is being repeatably replicated as it is written and remains stored in the draft mail box, why?

I have three Macs connecting via the icloud drive, an iMac (24-inch, Early 2008), a Macbook Air (late 2008) and a mac mini 2013 (I think). My primary mail server Network olutions

From the Mail menu bar, select
Mail ▹ Preferences... ▹ Accounts ▹ Mailbox Behaviors
and uncheck the box marked
Store draft messages on the server
