Help asap
never dropped my iphone but now it has a greyish white background with a thick black vertical line down the middle and it won't let me do anything with it how Do I fix it???

Have you tried rebooting?
- Press and hold down the sleep/wake button at the top of your iPhone (or side on the iPhone 6).
- At the same time, press and hold down the Home button on the front of the phone.
- Keep holding both buttons until the screen turns off and then turns back on again and displays the Apple logo.
Let the phone finish its reboot and see if the problem persists.
