Require password for apps

In iOS, how can I introduce the need to require a password to login to a Google app after I "log out". For example, signing into YouTube only requires me to select which gmail account I'd like to use, but never asks for my Google password. In a computer web browser, you would uncheck "Remember Me" or delete the password from Safari's memory. How would you that for an iPhone app?
