iCloud photo sharing not aloud on this device

When I get an invitation to subscribe to a photo stream, I click the subscribe button as I always have but it won't allow me to see photos. I get this message on my IPhone and iPad. I have installed all the latest updates on both devices. I have never had an issue with this until recently. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thanks!
