My friends have the "keep button" underneath voice memos that we send through iMessage, but I don't have that.
How do I get it???

Okay, I did a test. For you to see the Keep selection, you have to have the setting in Messages to have the message expire. If you have it set to never, thee is no need to keep the message, since it would be kept. With the setting for it to expire in two minutes, you have the choice to save an individual message if you want to. If you have the setting on for the message to expire in two minutes, once you listen to the message, the Keep link will appear in a moment after that.
