Q: i changed my rescue email to change my security questionsi but when i go to send the email to change my security questions, it says to send security info email to the email address i previously had as my primary email address

I want to change the password for my itunes account but I don't remember my security questions. I changed my primary address to my new email and changed my rescue email address to another new email address. When I go to change my security questions it says Send reset security info email to j•••••@y7mail.comwhich is my old email address. I don't know the password to this email address that's why I changed the rescue email to a new one. But on the name, ID and email address page it has both updated emails on there

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

    You can only change your rescue email address if you know the answers to your security questions - if you've changed an address it will be an alternate/additional address. If you don't have access to your existing rescue email account you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset, see the bottom section of this page : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

    I Am trying to sign into my apple account on settings. They are asking me for a password for m****@sky.com witch I don't use any more. I have changed my email to l****@gmail.com  If I want an app I am being requested  give a password for m****@sky.com. That is not my email any more. It is l****@gmail.com witch I entered and I entered my new  to go with my new email and I am getting a message saying incorrect email or password. Why is that?  I can't purchase any apps. I signs into Apple either l****@gmail.com and it's fine. Why is it you are not excepting my new email and password witch has been verified. Can you help me please.

    We are fellow users, these are user-to-user forums, Apple and iTunes Support are not here - don't post your email addresses, or any other personal info, on public forums ; I've asked the hosts to remove them.

    Entered where (not sure what 'entered my new to go' means) ? Where are you getting the error message ? Since changing the primary email address on your account (I assume that you updated your existing account and didn't create a new account) have you logged out and back in everywhere that you use it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support ?
