Sharp mx-3115n - error printing

Hello everyone

I have problems printing with the printer Sharp MX- 3115n .

I have Mac OSX 10.10 Yosemite

Download the drivers from the official website of Sharp, properly installed but not sending to print out the print.

The printer seems it will print but ultimately does not.

That I can do ???

Sincerely , thank you.

A lor later, but for future reference...that MFP Sharp MX31115 does not have postscript , which MacOS and Linux OS use as default print protocol. So you have to options, 1.- Purchase the PS3 Expansion Kit (MX-PKX1) 2.- Whe installing the machine, change the printing protocol from LPD to HP Jet Direct, if second option does not work, try using Generic PCL Printer besides the PPD.

Good luck

When you click the add in the system preferences printer. You should get a window that shows that printer so you can add it. Then it should select the driver for it or you can open the queue and select it from the list of drivers. As long as the printer is plugged in and connected to your mac this should work. If you have it as a wireless printer, you may need to check or reset the wireless connection.https://support.apple.com/kb/PH18606?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US
