Mar 27, 2015 4:21 PM in response to Ashley.roperby Niel,Log in with the account that has more data, choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu, provide /Users/ as the path, drag the other account's home folder to the desktop, and move the files inside it as desired.

If saving the mike account. Do you wish to also keep the files in that account also? Here is how you move them from mike to mike 1.https://kb.iu.edu/d/amoe If you leave them in the shared folder,both accounts would have access.
